About the Role

As a Marketing Operations Transformation Lead, you’ll help optimize Nasdaq’s Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) tech stack to help streamline form, program, and campaign set ups and remove technical debt throughout the platform. You’ll work closely with Growth, Go-To-Market, and Product Marketing teams to conduct audits, redesign campaign hierarchies, improve form and landing page processes, document workflows, and explore emerging technologies like Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and AI-powered marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a holistic end-to-end audit of the current setup in Marketo, take inventory of areas for improvement, and present findings and optimization proposals to the Manager of Performance Marketing.
Redesign Campaign and Program Hierarchy to streamline reporting efforts, ensure proper synchronization with Salesforce, and improve overall campaign management.
Take inventory of all Forms and Landing Pages, identify data leaks, clean up form components, and recommend best practices for high-traffic MQL channels.
Document all proposed processes and help build a Marketing playbook to streamline processes across five distinct lines of business.
Research and support preparation strategies for emerging tools like Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and AI-powered marketing solutions, in alignment with enterprise GTM governance.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations/Automation.
Deep expertise in Marketo, with the ability to transform the current setup.
Expertise in the full Sales funnel, with an emphasis on Lead management best practices and operations.
Understanding of the Marketo to Salesforce integration and data flow between both platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones with clear communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for building systems that connect data, tools, and teams to drive revenue.
