About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of multiple complex marketing campaigns with input and edits from various sources.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager/director to support production and sales efforts through planning and executing marketing initiatives.
• Publish articles, blogs, videos, collateral, and resources on the Freddie Mac Multifamily website and other channels.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to plan and execute marketing objectives efficiently.
• Review, proofread, and edit promotional and informational content to ensure factual accuracy, readability, grammatical correctness, and consistency with style guides.
• Understand internal business needs and recommend or implement strategies to meet marketing and communications objectives through various content formats.
• Collaborate with other Marketing and Customer Experience team members, including Education, Events, and Technology teams.
• Assist in writing copy for product term sheets, customer emails, blog posts, website news articles, and other content as needed.
• Work closely with the Digital Technology & Operations team to upload content and ensure web copy is accurate and current.
• Support the Marketing & Communications Manager with tasks and projects related to marketing, communications, events, and training.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal clients and exceed expectations.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent proofreading skills and familiarity with AP Style.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear, concise marketing copy.
• High personal initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Eloqua, Asana, Wrike, Salesforce, Drupal, and other cloud-based applications.
• Background in financial services or agency marketing and communications, particularly in the mortgage market.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
