About the Role

HGV is now offering first day benefits to new employees! The role involves supervising and owning the activities of the Marketing Team in support of the Manager of Marketing, with a focus on acquiring maximum production and efficiencies. The position requires a positive demeanor and outlook while leading employees, engaging with guests, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts at Hilton Grand Vacations resorts and hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and own the activities of the Marketing Team in support of the Manager of Marketing to maximize production and efficiencies.
  • Build great relationships with Hilton Honors Rewards members, Hilton Grand Vacation's resort guests, and Club members through face-to-face guest contact and lead generation.
  • Speak to and schedule guests and owners to come into the sales gallery for a 60 or 90-minute presentation of Hilton Grand Club vacation ownership offerings.
  • Take ownership of the front-end of the sales cycle by approaching guests, qualifying leads, using marketing gifts and incentives to set appointments, and booking guest appointments.
  • Assist in creating and coordinating ongoing training with the In House team.
  • Ensure a production-based shift allocation in collaboration with the In-House Marketing Team.
  • Implement and maintain tools to enhance productivity for marketing coordinators.
  • Uphold all policies and procedures within the team.
  • Resolve customer relations issues related to marketing at the sales center or post-tour.
  • Help the team meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for tour flow, volume, penetration, VPG, and POS Sales.
  • Create a motivated team environment in the field.
  • Visit all locations and perform MOD responsibilities as scheduled.
  • Provide feedback to management for coaching marketing coordinators.
  • Review monthly reports for tour and sales tracking.
  • Manage customer service issues on the floor during floor duty.
  • Handle employee relations matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
  • Carry out all other reasonable requests by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Marketing Experience
  • Positive and go-getter attitude
