About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Complete the process of booking eligible tours on the phone and face-to-face with guests.
• Sell mini-vacation packages to other HGV resorts to generate potential revenue.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and represent HGV professionally at all hotel properties where the program operates.
• Assist with tour and marketing related issues.
• Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered.
• Build and develop a motivated team environment out in the field.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts or promote a courtesy tour.
• Champion Hilton quality customer care service throughout all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (speak, read and write).

Nice to Have

• 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
• Thorough understanding of the area with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.
