Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support services GTM efforts by translating product and service features into customer benefits and differentiating Insight from competitors.
• Support the development and launch of new offerings, create client collateral, and drive project completion.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create collateral such as battlecards, solution briefs, web pages, and presentations.
• Develop compelling messaging to communicate Insight’s value proposition to prospects.
• Contribute to strategic marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and business planning.
• Manage marketing projects through the creative and marketing teams, including graphic design, content creation, video, and web design.
• Maintain and optimize workflows in the project management tool, Workfront.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency in completed work.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, developers, and clients to bridge technical capabilities and client offerings.
• Lead project management of multiple programs simultaneously.
• Communicate progress, strategy, and results internally and with external partners.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a technology-related field.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple tasks of varying difficulty and complexity.
• Effective communication skills across various channels with teammates, cross-functional groups, and management.
• Ability to understand technical terminology and translate it into client messaging.
• Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines; acts independently on new assignments.
• Strong critical-thinking and researching skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
