About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Craft, edit, and refine high-quality marketing proposals that align with client goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, design, and project management, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal creation.
• Build and maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other resources to enhance the proposal process.
• Ensure that all proposals adhere to the company's branding, messaging, and style standards.
• Perform comprehensive reviews to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client specifications.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and best practices in marketing and proposal writing.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing proposal writing or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing proposals and related writing samples.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (preferably InDesign and Photoshop).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
