About the Role

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing projects, including developing project plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure timely and within-budget project completion. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, as well as experience with project management tools and techniques. This position supports marketing initiatives within Atlantic Health System, a leading non-profit healthcare organization committed to high-quality care and community service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing project plans and upkeep calendar across multiple campaigns and marketing channels
  • Manage and track channel budgets including marketing invoice reconciliation process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure milestones and timelines are established
  • Act as point of contact with agency partners on creative trafficking process based on channel and campaign requirements including AHS procedures
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables are met
  • Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout project life cycle
  • Support ongoing AHS technology access requests for external partners
  • Coordinate 3rd party vendor trainings as necessary
  • Become the team's SME in project management tool and oversee development of all processes on behalf of the team
  • Lead set up and maintenance of the SharePoint environment
  • Support campaign execution as needed

Requirements

  • Experience with developing and managing marketing project plans
  • Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with multiple teams and external partners
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and project tracking tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within healthcare or large organizational environments
  • Familiarity with AHS technology access processes
  • Previous experience coordinating vendor trainings
