The company is experiencing historic growth and is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and success-oriented Marketing Specialist III to join the Central Division Marketing Team. This role involves collaborating with engineering pursuit teams, guiding pursuit development, technical editing, developing engaging proposal layouts, ensuring brand consistency, and producing high-quality marketing collateral that conveys technical and strategic messages.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates, writes and leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material for pursuits, collaborating with technical staff and reviewing/editing content for clarity, compliance and key messages.
Works with pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing research and industry business intelligence.
Organizes and may lead or support technical staff in the presentation phase of pursuits, including coaching.
Organizes and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings.
Supports client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings and participating in client service team meetings.
May coordinate division public relations activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for division newsletters, and coordinating project awards and other PR-related projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or
In lieu of degree, 8 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs, with skill in using CRM.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategy and message development with all levels of pursuit management.
Ability to utilize research and data to understand client needs and develop actionable solutions.
Strong attention to detail and excellent document quality control/editing capabilities for proposals and presentations.
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines with strong time management skills.
Experience in stewarding and implementing sales tools and reviewing document compliance.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in InDesign.

Qualifications

Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as specified in requirements.
