This role is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies via the affiliate and paid search marketing channels in support of critical business line growth goals. Delivers measurable, customer-centric marketing programs to maximize customer engagement and growth. Evaluates and measures program results to optimize investment. Works with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with third party affiliate and paid search marketing agencies to assess and optimize performance of critical acquisition marketing channels with the goal of maximizing new account production while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies via affiliate and paid search channels to support business growth.
  • Evaluating and measuring program results to optimize marketing investment.
  • Collaborating with internal partners and agencies to produce branded and compliant marketing materials.
  • Ensuring all marketing programs adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two to four years of experience in marketing industry.
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects on target, on time, and on budget.
  • Ability to assess campaign performance using data and analytics.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • Hands-on experience working with affiliate partners.
  • Ability to lead projects and provide data-driven, customer-centric marketing.
  • Ability to adapt based on data/research and learnings from prior campaigns.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
