The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, U.S. Consumer Banking, and marketing programs across various channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) focuses on creating world-class marketing for differentiated products to drive demand and engagement. The Affiliate channel, part of the Demand Generation team within USCM, plays a strategic role in digital growth, focusing on driving intent and conversion of qualified applicants through digital partnerships. The Senior Manager will develop and implement strategies for Affiliate Marketing, managing partnerships, analyzing levers, and collaborating cross-functionally to support growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships with top strategic affiliate partnerships through influence and negotiation to enhance and deliver value.
  • Define marketing strategies and execute deliverables through internal and external processes.
  • Analyze levers such as pricing, positioning, and merchandising to influence affiliate performance.
  • Oversee forecast and bounty strategy for the partner portfolio to ensure investment efficiency and support demand generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Go To Market, Analytics, Technologies, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Operate with a compliance-first mindset, proactively identifying risks and driving strategic solutions.
  • Lead one high-performing direct report.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with digital marketing and/or partnership experience; prior people leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong partnership management skills with a proven track record to influence and negotiate.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, mobilize, prioritize, and influence internal and external partners.
  • Highly analytical critical thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to distill data into insights and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tell a story using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
  • Strategic and creative problem solver with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
