About the Role

The Marketing Strategist at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is a creative and detail-oriented role responsible for ensuring consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials, supporting the management of brand collateral, giveaways, swag, promotional items, and vendor gifts.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including graphics, visuals, social media content, and written materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct industry trend analysis, competitive research, and customer insights to inform and refine brand strategies and positioning.
  • Perform regular brand audits across touchpoints, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions that enhance brand integrity.
  • Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, focusing on personalized customer journeys, A/B testing, lead generation, and leveraging customer data to drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including recruitment, sales, IT, and external vendors—to plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
  • Oversee event planning and execution, including logistics, branding at events, and post-event follow-up to maximize brand exposure.
  • Work closely with vendors to develop branded collateral and promotional items for leadership events, vendor gifts, holiday parties, and other corporate events.
  • Manage and update the intranet homepage and website, working with departments to develop and maintain team pages reflecting current initiatives and branding standards.
  • Develop, edit, and assemble PowerPoint presentations and decks for leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of branding initiatives and campaigns; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment of brand efforts with overall marketing and business objectives, including clear communication of brand guidelines and campaign expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding principles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in presentation preparation in PowerPoint.
  • Experience with event planning and working with vendors on promotional items.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or staffing is a plus.
