About the Role

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented Marketing Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, conduct market research, and collaborate with creative teams to achieve client objectives. This is a full-time, remote position focused on U.S. Federal Government projects, requiring security clearance and federal compliance expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing campaigns and materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
Update website content, structure, and formatting with technical expertise, specifically in DRUPAL.

Requirements

5+ years' experience in marketing strategy development.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience updating website content and formats, specifically in DRUPAL.
Must have experience with federal 508 compliance policy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance.

Nice to Have

Web site management experience.
U.S. Federal Government experience.

5+ years of professional experience in marketing strategy.
