About the Role

The Marketing Strategist & Designer at Calyx Containers is responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing collateral, and ensuring smooth campaign execution across various channels. This role involves translating strategic plans into actionable marketing efforts, managing timelines, producing high-quality designs, and tracking campaign results. The position supports cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams within a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on sustainability and industry impact.

Key Responsibilities

Translate GTM strategies into tactical marketing plans, calendars, and deliverables.
Build, schedule, and deploy campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Shopify, email, and events.
Ensure campaigns launch on time and are aligned with sales and product priorities.
Create compelling design assets including sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, infographics, email templates, and ads.
Adapt technical and scientific information into clear, digestible visuals.
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Own content and campaign calendars and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
Coordinate with sales on collateral requests and GTM enablement materials.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, leads, and conversions.
Provide insights to optimize messaging, creative, and channels.
Support product launches with assets, messaging, and coordinated rollout.
Partner with Multimedia Content Producer on creative campaigns and act as the marketing bridge to sales, R&D, and leadership teams.

Requirements

3-5 years of marketing execution experience, preferably in B2B or CPG industries.
Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma a plus.
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn campaign manager, and web CMS such as Shopify.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
Strong eye for design and detail, with the ability to make technical concepts visually compelling.

Nice to Have

Experience in cannabis, packaging, or regulated industries.
Knowledge of SEO, paid digital campaigns, or A/B testing.
Familiarity with sales enablement or B2B demand generation.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, graphic design, or related fields.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn campaign manager, and Shopify or similar CMS.
