Marketing Strategist Centra Care

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help manage the day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned service lines and/or dedicated markets with an overall regional and network focus for the Central Florida Division.
• Coordinate with the Research team to develop market analysis and research, obtaining competitor, consumer, and physician intel to develop effective marketing plans.
• Set goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
• Monitor patient volume, market share, online engagement, and brand preference; implement tracking mechanisms on marketing initiatives to demonstrate success and reconcile ROI.
• Develop and maintain physician relationships and create physician marketing strategies, including traditional and digital initiatives to drive physician referrals.
• Collaborate with Physician Relations/Sales team on physician-to-physician marketing strategies and provide market opportunities for lectures, events, and community relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years marketing or related experience with complex project management and/or comprehensive campaign results.
• Valid Driver License and in-state driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy.

• Previous experience in healthcare industry
