About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions. The role involves ensuring the consistent representation of our brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints, facilitating brand initiatives from a broader scale, and developing and executing marketing strategies. The position requires a passion for branding, digital marketing, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials, supporting the management of brand collateral, giveaways, swag, promotional items, and vendor gifts.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including graphics, visuals, social media content, and written materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct industry trend analysis, competitive research, and customer insights to inform and refine brand strategies and positioning.
  • Perform regular brand audits across touchpoints, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions that enhance brand integrity.
  • Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, focusing on personalized customer journeys, A/B testing, lead generation, and leveraging customer data to drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including recruitment, sales, IT, and external vendors—to plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
  • Oversee event planning and execution, including coordination of logistics, branding at events, and post-event follow-up to maximize brand exposure.
  • Work closely with vendors to develop branded collateral and promotional items for leadership events, vendor gifts, holiday parties, and other corporate events.
  • Manage and update the intranet homepage and website, working with each department to develop and maintain team pages that reflect current initiatives and branding standards.
  • Develop, edit, and assemble PowerPoint presentations and decks for leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of branding initiatives and campaigns; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment of brand efforts with overall marketing and business objectives, including clear communication of brand guidelines and campaign expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding principles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in presentation preparation in PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience with event planning and working with vendors on promotional items.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or staffing is a plus.
