About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, positioning, product launches, competitive analysis, and packaging is your passion. You are an equal parts driver and collaborator - you know when to push and when to listen. At the center of everything is the customer, and you put yourself in the customers' shoes to develop crystal clear value propositions, positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging. You'll be part of RealPage's Mixed Use division marketing team, which focuses on Buildium, Propertyware, and All Property Management. The environment is entrepreneurial, operating autonomously like a start-up within a billion-dollar company, with a culture that celebrates adventurous ideas and supports professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product, feature, and service positioning, packaging, messaging, and supporting documentation for go-to-market launches.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives, customer segmentation, and marketing campaigns from conceptualization through execution for new products, features, and add-ons.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to develop product roadmaps and market strategies to establish differentiation and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue and market penetration.
  • Lead analysis of the market, customers, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights.
  • Create high-impact content such as sales documentation, product videos, website copy, and other promotional materials.
  • Educate customers about products, promote feature adoption, and expose them to the full product suite.
  • Speak and present internally and externally to promote the story of the product.
  • Help define and improve processes related to cross-functional collaboration and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Marketing experience.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities, able to communicate complex value propositions clearly.
  • Experience building positioning, packaging, and pricing models.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams across marketing, product, engineering, customer success, and sales.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
  • Experience with a SaaS software company is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
