About the Role

The Beacon Hill Digital Marketing Specialist will support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives for a client, primarily focusing on Marketo automation, social media, and digital asset management. This is a remote role based in Hartford, Connecticut, working EST hours, with a contract duration of over 6 months. Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement, and flexible staffing, and this role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing efforts within a professional staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and editing campaigns within Marketo.
  • Editing emails and turning off and archiving Spring 2025 campaigns to ensure smooth transition to the new campaign season.
  • Cleaning up and organizing folders, automations, and outdated assets within the Marketo platform.
  • Writing captions and creating images for social media posts.
  • Scheduling social media content across multiple channels.
  • Collaborating on brainstorming content and strategy for blogs and social engagement.
  • Pulling monthly reports to track and analyze social media activity.
  • Creating social media graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Designing email banners or visuals for landing pages as needed.
  • Reorganizing Wistia video library folder structure and ensuring all videos are captioned and properly labeled.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of marketing experience, including significant experience in marketing operations and automation.
  • Proven expertise in launching and measuring automation campaigns across various MarTech platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple complex marketing programs from conception to launch.
  • Experience supporting social media channels, including writing captions, scheduling posts, and designing images.
  • Strong analytical skills and a process-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and customer journey mapping.
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills with careful attention to quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute multiple high-priority projects independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts into actionable digital initiatives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Wistia video platform and captioning.
  • Experience with digital asset management tools.
