About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define an appropriate graphic style for the project to which it is linked.
• Estimate in a timely manner the possible execution time of the phases of a project (sketches, final art) based on the illustration.
• Take responsibility for the quality of the materials to be produced and efficiently manage the flow of tasks.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and redefine processes to prevent problems and improve performance.
• Understand and define the various roles that the respective parts of the team play in the project/process.
• Exert a positive influence on project achievement on both immediate team members and external stakeholders.
• Lead a team of talented designers and technical experts in creating visually compelling and technically precise 3D designs for the fashion industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, 3D visualization, or a related field.
• C1 English proficiency.
• Proven 7-11 years of experience in 3D fashion design with a strong portfolio showcasing technical proficiency and creative flair.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of designers.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as CLO, Browzwear, Marvelous Designer, or similar.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze and solve moderately and highly complex problems, creating or adapting solutions as needed.
• Understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management related to team goals.
• Ability to rapidly create sketches to illustrate ideas or concepts to clients.
• Manual illustration skills including drawing and coloring techniques.
• Knowledge of human and animal anatomy for creating accurate illustrations.
• Understanding of perspective to generate correct ambient and element sizes.
• Ability to understand and replicate different art styles (illustrative adaptation).
• Skill in synthesizing organic and inorganic structures and stylizing them.
• Ability to create character and background designs following client or internal guidelines.
• Knowledge of composition principles, including balance and proportions such as the golden ratio.
• Understanding of color theory for creating characters, backgrounds, and lighting effects.
• Proficiency in digital painting using software and tools like pen tablets.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fashion industry trends and digital fashion illustration.
• Additional skills in animation or motion graphics.
