Media Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid social media campaigns through Meta Business Suite to promote shows, events, and brand awareness
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging multimedia content (videos, photos, stories, reels, etc.)
• Engage with followers, artists, and partners online to build community and boost visibility
• Create and manage Facebook events for every event the Ridgefield Playhouse hosts
• Coordinate photo and video shoots during select live events
• Edit and produce promotional videos and highlight reels
• Track and analyze paid and organic social media performance
• Provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and campaign ROI
• Use insights to inform future content and media strategies

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in media management, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) or similar tools
• Photography and videography experience preferred
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work select nights and weekends in alignment with event schedules
• Passion for music and live performance culture

Nice to Have

• Experience in the music or live entertainment industry

Qualifications
