About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, articles) to ensure it meets brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to gather content ideas, assets, and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously explore innovative ways to enhance our social media presence.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and executing social media content strategies.
• Proficiency in creating engaging content for multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content ideas and assets.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with online communities and responding to comments and messages.
• Analytical skills to monitor social media metrics, generate reports, and optimize content performance.
