About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for social media campaigns and activations.
Plan and maintain a content calendar in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals.
Manage links in bios and analytics on platforms.
Research and report on social media trends including sounds, features, challenges, creators, dances, industry news, and algorithm updates.
Work closely with other vendors to ensure cohesive and integrated content across various platforms.
Leverage social media content for cross-promotion on other social media channels.
Work with influencers to create engaging Instagram and TikTok posts and videos from end-to-end.
Create engaging UGC content.

Requirements

3 to 5 years experience with social media account management, including building campaigns, content creation, driving engagement, social advertising, and campaign analytics.

3+ years experience in social media account management and UGC content creation.
Portfolio demonstrating storytelling on TikTok and links to social media accounts.
Ability to receive feedback and execute modifications to in-progress projects.
Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and instincts for creative storytelling.
Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
