About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Research opportunities in the market, generate and follow through on sales leads, both warm and cold, and manage an active pipeline of potential revenue.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline, build pipeline velocity, and forecast with accuracy monthly.
• Responsible for the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
• Become an expert in marketing and provide insights, recommendations, and consultancy to build productive and long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Design and present marketing presentations professionally and enthusiastically.
• Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, managing their own book of sales revenue for retention and growth opportunities.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively internally across all WJHG departments and support staff.

Requirements

• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office Word and Excel experience preferred.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated, high-energy salesperson.
• Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and writing skills.
• Ability to be a team player.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to formulate and execute a daily plan are a must.
• Must meet the Gray Media driving requirements and have a valid driver’s license.

Nice to Have

• PowerPoint and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel is preferred.
