About the Role

The Media Specialist will support the Media team in planning, executing, and integrating media campaigns across various channels. This temporary role is based in Irvine, CA, and involves working on a 3-month project schedule, primarily on-site. The position requires collaboration with agency partners and maintaining internal documentation related to media planning and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Media team with the planning, execution, and integration of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 media
Assist with the development of upcoming year-long 2026 media plans across all channels
Work closely with agency partners to ensure deliverables across all campaigns are received
Help maintain internal documents such as flowcharts, trackers, and KNA documents

Requirements

Media planning/buying experience (Linear, Print, Out of Home), preferably within the auto category but not a must
Understanding of digital media planning along with measurement and analytics, including search and programmatic
Hands-on experience with budget/financial software and collaboration tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Demonstrated project management and integration experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
