About the Role

The Media Supervisor role is a remote position working east coast hours at Inizio Evoke, a marketing and advertising agency servicing the healthcare industry. The company partners with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients to deliver strategic service, creative, and technological innovation that enhances interactions between clients and their customers. The role focuses on setting media strategies, selecting media tactics, executing and monitoring media plans, and collaborating with external vendors to optimize media investments, all within a mission to make health more human.

Key Responsibilities

Manage strategy development, negotiation, and execution of media plans.
Learn the client's business thoroughly and stay informed about industry and competitor information.
Collaborate with Associate Director, Director, and colleagues across practice areas to present and implement communication plans for assigned client brands.
Serve as a client contact to receive requests, investigate solutions, and maximize client goals.
Act as a contact for media partners in multiple media to negotiate investment opportunities.
Monitor plan execution and serve as the first contact to resolve issues or discrepancies.
Produce media insights using various data sources and create strategic points of view.

Requirements

3+ years of media planning experience with a focus on digital media and real-time buying platforms.
Pharma experience is required.
Ability to detect and translate stories behind numbers and data.
Ability to present complex ideas in a simple, understandable, and inspiring style.
Effective negotiation skills with industry, brand, and competitive knowledge.
Project and process management orientation.
Strong learning orientation and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Passion for new technology, digital gadgets, and social media tools.
Proficiency with media tools such as MRI, Simmons, Nielsen, Kantar, and comScore.
Understanding of real-time buying platforms like Google Paid Search, DV360, Facebook, etc.

Nice to Have

Experience with various media tools including MRI, Simmons, Nielsen, Kantar, and comScore.
Familiarity with real-time buying platforms such as Google Paid Search, DV360, Facebook.
