About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive code management activities including data fix verification, release deployments, and approvals.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Compile KPI metrics data and conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate metrics across various teams and platforms.
• Publish regular reports on KPI metrics performance and trends to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to optimize and streamline current business processes.
• Gather and analyze sprint metrics for teams, presenting the data in graphical formats to enable platform teams to review performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze complex data sets using advanced Excel functions to provide actionable insights.
• Proactively communicate with sponsors, project team, and relevant stakeholders for each assigned project task as directed by the PMO.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing project management processes, workflows, and providing administrative and operational support.
• Work on strategic projects, build project management skills, and gain industry knowledge from leaders.
