About the Role

SAIC is seeking a strategic and proactive Mission Engagement Campaign Manager to develop engagement strategies, design campaigns to support geospatial missions, conduct outreach activities, and bridge the gap between technical capabilities and operational needs. The role involves engaging with senior-level and mission-user customers, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing outreach campaigns to further mission objectives. Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular meetings with CI mission users across IC, DOD, and Law Enforcement.
Build and maintain relationships with key personnel.
Seek out similar missions and conduct outreach for assistance on campaigns.
Document user requirements and pain points.
Understand existing workflows and processes.
Design CI campaigns for geospatial missions and tools.
Capture analytical geospatial frameworks and geospatial analyst frameworks.
Build use cases, data, and analytical requirements.
Oversee campaign execution and provide training and support to users.
Monitor campaign effectiveness.
Capture requirements based on feedback.
Facilitate collaboration between different agencies.
Ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage stakeholder expectations.
Create detailed user requirement documents and campaign plans, including workflow analysis, technical specifications, strategic objectives, implementation steps, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
Create training materials such as user guides, SOPs, and best practice documentation.
Document user adoption statistics, impact assessments, and recommendations for improvement.
Provide regular stakeholder updates, including status reports, executive briefings, and leadership updates.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree with 15+ years, Master's with 13+ years, or PhD/JD with 10+ years of related experience.
3-5 years of experience within an IC Agency with a strong understanding of CI operations.
Project management capabilities.
Experience in intelligence and geospatial analysis tools and technology.
Technical proficiency with data visualization and analytics.
Knowledge of IC, DOD, and Law Enforcement protocols.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and the MS Office suite.

Qualifications

15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with higher degrees as specified.
