About the Role

The Modeling and Simulation Software Developer will be responsible for developing and supporting modeling and simulation software frameworks. The role requires a strong technical background in software development, analytical methodologies, and effective communication within a highly technical team. The candidate must hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support modeling and simulation software frameworks.
Apply analytical methodologies and tools to support modeling activities.
Troubleshoot issues and follow procedures related to process analysis and concepts of operations.
Communicate effectively across a highly technical team of engineers and analysts.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in modeling and simulation software development frameworks.
Experience with model/software development.
Proficiency with C++, C#, R, Python, MATLAB, Mathematica, or Analytica.
Basic knowledge of analytical methodologies and tools, especially as they apply to AFSIM models.
Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and willingness to learn new methods.
Experience working in a team environment.
Good people skills and effective communication abilities.
Bachelor's Degree.
Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
