The position supports diversion and transition efforts through the Money Follows the Person Demonstration Project. The position is responsible for research, data analysis, and interpretation of data related to diversion of Medicaid recipients from institutional settings as well as the transition of Medicaid recipients to the community post institutionalization. The department's mission is serving Montanans in their communities to improve health, safety, well-being, and empower independence.
