About the Role

The Multi-Media Coordinator at News 34 (WIVT-TV & WBGH-TV) is responsible for supporting broadcast and digital implementation, campaign analysis, and performance reporting to enhance digital revenue. The role involves managing campaign scheduling, deployment, and monitoring, with a focus on effective communication and organizational skills. The company is a respected ABC & NBC affiliate serving the Southern Tier of New York, with a forward-thinking digital marketing team dedicated to developing comprehensive marketing campaigns across local and national digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Become an expert on digital product offerings and in-house sales systems to support the sales team and clients
Manage order entry and billing reconciliation oversight
Monitor and optimize campaign progress and generate performance reports
Orchestrate creative changes, pull reports, and handle digital tasking
Communicate with sales team and clients to facilitate order accuracy and creative production
Maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts to provide excellent customer service
Handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Perform other duties as assigned by the Local Sales Manager

Requirements

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized self-starter
Detail-oriented person who works both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop/Illustrator
Up to date on latest trends in digital marketing industry is a plus
Resourceful, problem solver and a skilled multi-tasker
