About the Role
Systemart, LLC is seeking two experienced content developers to support the migration of knowledge assets into a new format optimized for AI integration. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to transform existing documentation into structured, ingestible content for internal AI tools. The position is based in San Francisco, CA, with one role onsite and the other remote near the Bay Area. The work is full-time or contract, with a focus on content creation and development, particularly related to AI tools and content management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration of knowledge assets into a new format optimized for AI integration.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform existing documentation into structured, ingestible content for internal AI tools.
Requirements
- Content development experience: 3 years.
- Ability to commute to San Francisco, CA.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Experience with content management systems or maintaining internal knowledge bases.
- Experience with AI tools.
Nice to Have
- Background in marketing or content development.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
Qualifications
- Work location is onsite at San Francisco office for one position and remote (near Bay Area) for the other.
Benefits & Perks
- Hourly rate of $23.00 - $25.36.
