Key Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns.
  • Dive deep into understanding their business and the potential for business alignment.
  • Go high and wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of opportunity.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcomes, including prospecting, discovery, forecasting, selling with Value Framework, and closing deals.
  • Engage with the sales ecosystem and Medallia Partners in support of sales opportunities.
  • Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate on opportunities, resolve customer issues, share best practices, and work with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization.
  • A proven top performer in a quota-carrying sales role.

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts and managing lengthy sales cycles.
  • Successfully closed large deals at enterprise levels with strategic planning, focus, and drive.
  • Experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level.
  • Previous success in exceeding sales targets, building strong pipelines, and nurturing key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • Proven success in sales roles with large strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
