About the Role

The National Account Manager (LATAM) role involves driving growth through new customer acquisitions within industry segments, utilizing marketing channels, social media, and internet research to generate and follow up on leads, and providing tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell Chetu's services using a consultative sales approach to prospective clients.
  • Manage, track, and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle utilizing the company's CRM and peripheral platforms.
  • Generate and follow up on leads obtained through LATAM marketing channels, social media, internet research, etc.
  • Understand customer needs, establish pain points, and coordinate resources to provide solutions and close sales opportunities.
  • Work at one of the sales offices in Sunrise Florida, Tampa Florida, Tempe Arizona, or Birmingham UK.

Requirements

  • Bilingual; Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
  • Hunting and closing skill set.
  • Ability to utilize social media, audio/screen/webcam tools, internet, and website research.

Nice to Have

  • Technology selling experience.
  • Specific industry experience and knowledge (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, payments).
  • Experience with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
