About the Role

The primary responsibility for this role is to capture new clients for Right Traffic, LLC. in a professional, organized, and efficient manner. The National Accounts Manager's overall mission is to leverage new and existing relationships with national utilities and contractors to attain more work across the country, and world, by presenting a necessary service. This position reports directly to the Director of National Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, build, and maintain business in all assigned existing and possibly new territories for Right Traffic.
  • Travel between 10-25%, including day trips and overnight stays, to fulfill client needs.
  • Demonstrate adept knowledge of specific service offerings.
  • Build strong customer relations with existing clients.
  • Monitor sales and market trends within specific industries.
  • Understand pricing strategies.
  • Understand each segment of the utility industry up to regional demands.
  • Facilitate growth and generate business through contract management, GSF implementation, market saturation, and nurturing opportunities.
  • Explain Traffic Control services through presentations, brochures, videos, and other materials.
  • Oversee facilitation of contracts to new and existing clients.
  • Build business leads via referrals, directories, and cold calling.
  • Follow-up on leads generated by other employees or departments.
  • Log and update all actions within the company's CRM platform.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in the traffic control and utility industry.
  • 3-5 years' experience in cold calling, sales, customer service, and client relationship management.
  • 10-25% domestic travel throughout the Western United States.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail- and goal-oriented individuals.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple consistent projects.

Qualifications

  • Customer service: 4 years
  • Customer relationship management: 4 years
  • Traffic Control/utility industry: 4 years
  • Willingness to travel: 25%
