Network Planning Optimization Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and assess business requirements from customers and prospects.
• Benchmark other business needs.
• Give input to the product plan/Roadmap & long-term plan.
• Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades.
• Propose solutions to the customer aligning with Amadeus business needs.
• Assess potential gaps between customer requirements and Amadeus solutions.
• Write high-level business requirements.
• Work closely with Design and Development teams to define priorities and product-releasing plan for new products or product upgrades.
• Participate in Sprints reviews when applicable / required.
• Provide support and assistance to the customer.
• Monitor product acceptance, product performance and satisfaction.
• Take corrective action as necessary.
• Provide key information on the product to define the Value proposition.
• Contribute to the launch plan with Product Marketing and other associated teams & BUs.
• Share content for product documentation, sales tools and collateral.
• Create standard and tailor-made presentations, and demo scripts showing product value.
• Give presentations, demos and familiarization sessions to customer, or train Sales to perform them.
• Participate in the preparation of key events, guaranteeing the success of product launch and follow up.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses for the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of airline experience in network planning.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Analytic tools (Tableau, PowerBI etc.).
• Ability to travel 10%.

Nice to Have

• Experience with schedule optimization solutions.
• Knowledge of airline industry operations.
• Experience in product management or related roles in technology or aviation sectors.
