We are dedicated to transforming patient care in oncology, anatomic pathology, infectious and rare diseases, and reproductive health through diverse testing options and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Understand customer industry and business needs to strategically sell pathology products and services.
  • Drive revenue growth and client retention by building consultative relationships and establishing strategic account value.
  • Follow a results-driven sales process balancing customer orientation and territory growth.
  • Execute the sales cycle with a high level of service.
  • Spend approximately 70% of time prospecting high-volume targets, 20% focusing on client retention and case volume penetration, and 10% completing administrative duties.
  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Create strategic business plans and consistently achieve sales quotas while adhering to company policies.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients.
  • Maintain expertise in Anatomic Pathology products related to Neurology.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to exceed performance and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, including calling on and selling to physicians and ambulatory surgery centers.
  • 2+ years of anatomical pathology sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 60% (up to 90%) and work flexible hours as required.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drive to win business.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop long-term, profitable relationships.
  • High understanding of client relationships with physicians and their pathology needs.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of proprietary software programs.
  • Customer service focus, with an emphasis on understanding and exceeding client needs.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
