New Graduate Rotational Program - Sales, Marketing & Product

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers directly by answering product questions, processing orders, resolving issues, and learning the technical side of signage products during the Customer Experience phase.
• Manage an assigned customer segment, generate and qualify leads, and help retain accounts using CRM tools during the Inside Sales rotation.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, assist with new product development and launch plans, and analyze customer feedback for product improvements during the Product Management rotation.
• Support marketing campaigns such as trade shows, email, samples, create sales enablement materials like brochures and website content, and analyze marketing data to optimize results.
• Take on a leadership role or capstone project aligned with personal interests and company needs in the final phase, which may include executing marketing strategies, leading product launches, or managing customer service processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field with strong academic performance.
• 0-3 years of experience; internships or co-ops in sales, marketing, or technical fields are a plus.
• Technical aptitude: ability to learn product specifications and solve technical challenges.
• Communication skills: clear verbal and written communication; comfortable engaging with customers and teams.
• Problem-solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and determined to find solutions.
• Leadership potential: self-starter who sets and meets goals; experience leading projects or teams (e.g., student organizations, clubs) is highly valued.
• Highly driven and collaborative: thrive in a team environment and pursue goals with energy and integrity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with sales, marketing, or technical fields through internships or co-ops.
• Leadership experience in student organizations or clubs.

Qualifications
