About the Role

The Non-Alc Brand Manager at Sunset Distributing LLC is responsible for achieving or exceeding annual sales targets for designated supplier partners through effective planning and execution. The role involves leading new product launches, organizing business planning meetings, monitoring progress, developing budgets, conducting sales calls, and supporting team training. The position requires collaboration within a team-oriented environment and a strong understanding of the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed annual sales budget targets for designated supplier partners through effective planning and execution.
Lead the strategy and execution of new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and sustained growth.
Organize and facilitate annual business planning meetings to define market strategies, set performance goals, and align cross-functional teams.
Monitor progress toward business planning goals throughout the year, ensuring objectives are met or surpassed.
Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with overall strategic and financial objectives.
Conduct independent sales calls to secure new distribution opportunities and monitor key account programming for effectiveness and compliance.
Support the training and development of sales and management team members, fostering growth in product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beverage industry, with a strong understanding of sales and distribution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on business demands.
Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, events, and market visits.
