O&M Technical Account Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and O&M of residential PV assets
• Coordinate with service providers, installer partners, and account managers to optimize asset performance
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues efficiently
• Analyze monitoring and ticket data to identify issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop new processes and procedures for faster issue remediation
• Plan, coordinate and complete large-scale or multiple medium/small, complex or long-term projects within budget and schedule
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Secure required resources and manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes using formal processes and tools
• Conduct project meetings and track and analyze project progress
• Identify issues and challenges, measure and validate results, and implement solutions
• Provide information to internal and external clients on moderate to complex issues
• Create and communicate presentation materials for reports and updates with various stakeholders
• Conduct external research and stay informed on new developments related to projects
• Provide coaching, leadership, and direction to project team
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely completion
• High School diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Master's Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
