Operations and Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project management tasks through effective documentation and interoffice communications to implement current marketing, client/employee retainment, employee onboarding/offboarding, and business growth strategies.
• Maintenance of social media and online materials aligned with ABT's business mission/vision/values and in accordance with current social media marketing strategy.
• Distribution of marketing materials including fax, mailing, print, and electronic advertisements.
• Maintenance of company databases, online business profiles, and business files; develop structures as needed.
• Clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, faxing, sending professional emails, and preparing operational documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of mental health concepts including diagnoses, skills, and the importance of counseling.
• General knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
• Problem-solving skills and initiative; must be a self-starter and be able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong, proactive verbal and written communication skills; proficient in copywriting.
• Attention to detail, excellent organization, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team atmosphere to implement ABT Counseling's mission and vision.
• Adherence to workplace ethics.

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge related to mental health concepts.
