About the Role

Join a leading technology innovator empowering connection and communication across its media products and services, impacting millions of users globally. As a key player on the Operations Team, you'll drive the daily workflows behind in-app messaging, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and launch multi-channel communications that boost awareness and engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape user experiences and contribute to the success of cutting-edge media products. The role will be instrumental in developing and executing customer journeys for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives, becoming the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration through strategic thinking, flawless execution, and effective collaboration within a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, considering product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders on complex global projects, ensuring alignment on operational plans, deliverables, and risks.
  • Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity, identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.
  • Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks to serve as a reference and training resource.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. SQL experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver quality projects on time.
  • Proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful innovator willing to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
  • Ability to react calmly to challenges, develop contingency plans, make sound judgments, and adapt under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player mentality with strong consideration for impact on team members.
  • Effective communication skills across all mediums—from Slack and email to presentations.

Qualifications
