Operations Manager for Email Marketing and Web Master

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute technical aspects of email campaigns across various email service platforms
• Optimize email deliverability, performance metrics, and subscriber engagement
• Implement automation workflows and segmentation strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
• Oversee website maintenance, updates, and technical optimization
• Create and launch new microsites to support business initiatives
• Manage website content management systems and ensure optimal user experience
• Implement SEO best practices and monitor site performance metrics
• Manage User Subscription implementation, optimization and maintenance
• Develop and implement digital advertising strategies on company websites
• Create and manage sponsorship opportunities and branded content placements
• Track and report on advertising performance and ROI
• Troubleshoot technical issues across digital platforms
• Collaborate with external vendors and technical partners as needed
• Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and technical specifications
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and webmaster responsibilities
• Proven track record of managing email campaigns at scale
• Strong technical skills in website management and CMS platforms
• Experience with email service providers (ESP) and marketing automation tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and basic web development principles
• Strong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing metrics and reporting
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with HTML/CSS (5 years required)
• Experience with JavaScript (3 years required)
• Experience with Python (1 year required)
• Experience with GA4 (3 years required)
• Ability to commute to Westport, CT 06880
• Ability to relocate to Westport, CT 06880 before starting work
