The role involves designing, configuring, activating, and supporting the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.
  • Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
  • Mitigate solution risks and issues.
  • Execute workflow and process improvement strategies.
  • Lead client meetings and events.
  • Drive internal team initiatives.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding personal role in safeguarding assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report security compromises.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, or other client-facing or IT solution work experience.
  • At least 1 year of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Charge Service product(s).
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate government security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with electronic health records systems.
  • Knowledge of federal healthcare agencies such as the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service.
