About the Role

Oracle Health is seeking a dynamic Staff Sales Consultant to join our team. In this client-facing role, you'll provide strategic guidance and specialist knowledge in applying our clinical technology to address client business needs. You'll lead engaging, tailored product presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks that highlight how Oracle Health solutions enhance clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes. This role also supports the full sales lifecycle, including crafting impactful responses to RFPs that align Oracle's capabilities with customer goals. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, clinical solution expertise, and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective Oracle Health clients, ensuring exceptional customer engagement throughout the sales process.
  • Developing and delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations, clearly articulating the strengths, features, and competitive advantages of our clinical solutions.
  • Designing, validating, and presenting customized Oracle Health workflows—highlighting advanced product concepts, future innovation, and integration with third-party offerings.
  • Leading RFP response efforts and helping clients understand how Oracle Health's technology can solve complex healthcare challenges.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and clinical solution expertise.
  • Ability to develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Experience in designing and presenting workflows and product concepts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology and solutions.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare IT sales or clinical workflows.
  • Knowledge of third-party healthcare integrations.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing sales support role.

Qualifications

  • Career Level: IC2 (individual contributor level).
