About the Role

The Outside Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a territory through prospecting, cold calling, building relationships, and maintaining customer accounts. The role involves providing solutions to customers in various industries, including commercial, federal, state, local government, educational, healthcare, and industrial facilities. The position offers opportunities for sales growth, relationship building, and promoting innovative customer programs within a company that values growth, development, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling.
  • Creating brand awareness among current and potential customers.
  • Building relationships and demonstrating the capabilities of the company's products.
  • Implementing and selling innovative customer programs to create unique value.
  • Servicing commercial businesses, federal, state, and local buildings, educational facilities, and healthcare/industrial buildings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must live within the territory you have applied to work.
  • Local market area travels with the use of a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Ability and desire to service customers.
  • Computer proficiency.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory.
