Key Responsibilities

Research and implement advertising strategies for paid media campaigns across the entire Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display, and Local Service Ads (LSA).
Create and manage full-funnel Facebook ad campaigns, utilizing various creative formats and reporting on the results of testing.
Manage campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Bing, Pinterest, Yahoo Gemini, various DSPs, and more, with a willingness to learn new platforms.
Negotiate quotes for traditional media placements, place buys through Strata, reconcile spends and placements.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Adjust ad spend and targeting parameters based on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital advertising efforts with broader marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

Experience in developing and executing paid advertising strategies across digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Bing, and others.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize for maximum ROI.
Willingness to learn and manage campaigns on additional platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, Yahoo Gemini, and DSPs.
Experience negotiating quotes and placing media buys, including traditional media (knowledge of Strata is a plus).
Understanding of business principles and marketing analytics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Strata for traditional media buying.

Qualifications

Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, Bing, and others.
