Job Description

About the Role

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for setting the marketing vision and strategy for brands in the American Bath Group portfolio across ecommerce channels including paid shopping, SEO, social media, and shopping channels. Within this role, the individual will set a comprehensive strategy for driving growth within Delivery Networks, increasing brand equity and consumer engagement across total eCommerce, and owning optimizing the digital shelf through both organic and paid search optimization. We are seeking a strategic marketing leader with a broad skill set which demonstrates visionary thought leadership, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgement, relationship building management, and a passion to be a change-agent motivated by making a positive impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set a comprehensive marketing strategy for ecommerce channels including paid shopping, SEO, social media, and shopping channels.
  • Drive growth within Delivery Networks and increase brand equity and consumer engagement across total eCommerce.
  • Own and optimize the digital shelf through organic and paid search optimization.
  • Develop a marketing plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
  • Proactively plan and measure analytics, using reports and data to assess campaign results against KPIs and ROI.
  • Implement and direct digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display advertising, Paid Social, and other digital media types.
  • Manage department goals and develop marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals and vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of digital marketing/SEO experience leading an e-commerce or retail marketing operation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business highly preferred, but years of experience can replace degree requirement.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and social platforms including Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Experience developing a marketing plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
  • Ability to manage department goals and develop marketing strategies in accordance with company goals.
  • Experience with website analytics software (Google Analytics, Google Console, or others).
  • Paid Media experience: 5 years (Required).
  • Marketing management experience: 3 years (Required).
  • Ability to commute to Warminster, PA 18974 (Required).

Nice to Have

  • Knowledgeable in site tagging, SEO optimization sites (SEO Rush, SEO MOZ).
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
