We're looking for a Paid Media Manager (Google & Microsoft Ads) to own and scale our digital campaigns. This is a hands-on, in-the-office role where you'll directly influence growth by reducing cost-per-lead, improving conversion rates, and driving high-quality traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns in a restricted/niche vertical.
Manage keywords, negatives, ad copy, extensions, and bidding strategies.
Optimize landing pages & SEO for quality score and conversions.
Implement conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, offline conversions, call tracking).
Continuously reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) while improving lead quality.
Monitor dashboards, prepare reports, and present insights.
Stay ahead of compliance requirements to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Requirements

5+ years of Paid Search / SEM experience (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads required).
Strong understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
Proven success reducing CPC/CPL while scaling conversions.
Experience in restricted/niche industries (finance, legal, healthcare, or timeshare) a major plus.
Analytical and fluent in data, attribution, and ROI.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits & Perks

Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (DOE).
Performance Bonuses up to $10,000 per quarter, tied to CPL, ROI, and lead quality.
