Job Description

About the Role

The Paid Search role is responsible for managing the day-to-day paid search digital marketing efforts for a subset of clinics. This includes driving campaign execution and optimization for all Search Pay-Per-Click (PPC) performance campaigns in partnership with internal and external teams. The position focuses on effective lead capture from digital sources such as calls, online form fills, and online appointments, with the goal of maximizing new patient acquisition in a cost-efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining media campaign development and activation on search channels.
  • Gather research necessary to build a new campaign and assist the team in gathering data for plan development.
  • Traffick approved plans and monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments.
  • Monitor and manage performance and competitive landscape of paid search campaigns.
  • Optimize paid search performance to meet business objectives and develop optimization recommendations or testing plans.
  • Utilize bid management tools and platforms such as Google and Bing to build campaigns, implement optimizations, pull reports, and perform quality assurance.
  • Pull and analyze data to inform campaign reporting and build insights.
  • Maintain monthly billing cycle and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with client strategy and billing reconciliation teams.
  • Learn relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis, including GA4, Google Trends, and bid management platforms.
  • Stay informed on search industry trends, new tools, and ad formats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, including paid search, organic search, display, and retargeting.
  • Recent Google AdWords Certification preferred.
  • Proficient in math with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in and understanding of how consumers leverage search media in the decision path.
  • Successful completion of training programs and requisite certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • 1-3 years in digital marketing, including paid search, organic search, display, retargeting.
  • Recent Google AdWords Certification (preferred).
