About the Role

Part-Time Media Content Specialist Escanaba, MI 49829 Hybrid work Develop, implement, and manage social media accounts, trade publications, and advertising. Duties to include handling strategic online initiatives from conception through launch, monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns, working with other department heads on marketing strategies, staying current with emerging digital marketing opportunities, adding and updating website content, and ensuring consistency in marketing brand strategy and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Handle strategic online initiatives from conception through launch
Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective; Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Work with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies
Stay current with emerging opportunities and best practices in the digital marketing world
Add and update website
Ensure continuity and uniformity throughout the company regarding marketing brand strategy and messaging

Requirements

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Solid project management skills
Experience in digital marketing and advertising
Basic skills for website management and development
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Ability to create customer engaging content and manage multiple social media platforms
Understands website metrics and best practices
