About the Role

Formaggio Kitchen is looking for a creative individual with a passion for food, storytelling, and customer service to join their growing marketing team. This is an in-person, part-time position based in Cambridge, MA, involving managing social media presence, creating content, and engaging with on-camera talent.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the Marketing and E-Commerce Director with managing Formaggio Kitchen's social media presence.
Shooting photos and capturing video content using a store-provided iPhone.
Editing photos and videos to create engaging content.
Creating graphic design elements for social media posts.
Scheduling and posting content on key social media platforms.
Researching trends and generating content ideas.
Coordinating and interacting with on-camera talent.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with computers and design programs such as Photoshop and Canva.
Experience with video editing software like Splice and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Experience with social media scheduling software such as Buffer and Meta Business Suite.
Experience with photography and videography as well as editing.
Experience with graphic design.
Familiarity with major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Passion for specialty food and a drive to learn.
Ability to be detail-oriented, process work in a timely manner, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain the brand voice.
Willingness to accept constructive feedback.

Nice to Have

Experience with photography and videography.
Experience with graphic design.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Benefits & Perks

Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $22, commensurate with experience.
